His working functions cover product line management, commercial operations, strategy and business developmemt, and general management. John has worked extensively through major industry fields in particular in automtive, optical communications, healthcare, smart infrastructure, energy and greentech, aviation and mobility. During his service with World Tourism Forum as its chief representative for China, John has further expanded his expertise to leisure and consumer goods industry. John owns a BA degree, an EMBA and a LDP diploma.

Cindy has been General Manager at ODE Consulting, where she advises Chinese clients on global expansion, and cross-cultural communication. She holds certifications in cross-cultural training and project management.
